Well, I have a new header on my site. 
I decided to GIMP up a new one as I really wanted to loose the Ubuntu theme’s ties with Hardy Heron specifically. I think I have achieved this with some degree of success. I do fear that I have made my new header too shiny and Jaunty Jackalope looking. Not at all what I was going for. Feedback would help convince me that its okay.
My next job is to figure out how to round the top left and right corners. I have no idea how to do so, so it shall be fun finding out. If I get stuck I know my friends from Ubuntu Beginners Team will be able to talk me through it.

P.S If the new header is not displaying it will be cache related. I advise you empty it if the old one is still being displayed.
